Our primary aim is your complete satisfaction and so the main condition that we place on your use of this website is that you are completely satisfied!
We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or for the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. In return, you must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
Cancellations and Returns:
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order up to seven days after they receive the goods. In the event of cancellation of an order before dispatch, any payment made by card at the time the order was placed will be refunded to the same card. Any Claim for damage or shortage must be made within three days of receipt of goods; the matter will be investigated and any damaged or missing goods will be replaced or the cost refunded to your payment card.
In addition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an order, please return the goods to us within thirty days and we will replace, exchange or refund them at your request. Should you wish to return any goods for any reason other than that they are faulty, then the goods must be returned at your expense. The goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and must be re-packaged as they were received. Upon receipt of the returned goods, any refund due will be made to the card originally used to make the purchase. Delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an error was made on our part. We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalized, unless the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an error was made on our part.
Any claim for damaged, faulty or short-delivered goods must be reported to us by e-mail within three days of receipt of the goods.

When you press the 'submit' button, you are entering into a legally binding contract of sale with rushfield.com and you agree to all the Terms and Conditions as stated herein. Any changes that you want to make to your order after it has been submitted must be made in writing by e-mail. Once your order is ready for despatch, we will debit your credit or debit card with the value of the order and it is at this point that our contract with you commences. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Within the United Kingdom, you should normally receive your order within five working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.
For standard delivery within the United Kingdom, parcels under 2.75 Kg will be delivered by Royal Mail. Parcels over 2.75 Kg will, depending on size and weight, be delivered by APC or ParcelForce 48-hour service and will require a signature on delivery. If in any doubt about the condition of a delivery, sign for the delivery as "unexamined". If the box is obviously damaged, sign for the delivery as "box damaged". If you are not in when the delivery arrives, parcels can only be left with a neighbour or in another location if you give instructions at the time of ordering. If your order specifies that delivered goods are to be left without a signature, then Rushfield cannot be held responsible for items that are subsequently found to be damaged or missing. If you request delivery on a particular date, we will do our best to meet your request. If there is no-one in to receive the item, and no alternative delivery instructions have been given, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery with the carrier. Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Premium delivery services, e.g. next working day, next working day before noon, next working day before 10 a.m., next working day before 9 a.m., or Saturday delivery, are all available within the United Kingdom, except to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, for an additional charge. For guaranteed next working day delivery, an order must be placed before 12.30 p.m. After this time, next working day delivery may still be possible, but you should telephone us on (01484) 400309 to check. We will always do our best to meet a delivery deadline where we can.
Any applicable shipping charges are calculated at the checkout stage prior to payment being taken and they include insurance, packing and V.A.T. at the prevailing rate when the order is placed.
Deliveries outside the UK:
Overseas delivery charges quoted on this website are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary.
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.
Rushfield grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of rushfield.com. Your card will be debited at the time that you place the order. If, for any reason, your payment is not authorised by your card issuer, then we will be unable to accept your order. Cards issued by overseas banks will be debited in Sterling and converted into the currency of the card account by the card issuer. Exchange rates given on this website are for guidance only and the actual exchange rate used for the transaction will be determined by the card issuer. Prices and Tax:
The prices shown include United Kingdom V.A.T at the current rate and these are the prices paid by customers in the U.K. and all other European Union countries.
Orders from customers in countries outside the European Union are not subject to V.A.T., and these customers will pay lower prices at checkout than those shown. However, orders from customers outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be aware that deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We never disclose any information that we hold about you to any third party, other than for delivery purposes. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. It may occasionally happen that an item is out of stock and, if this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimate of how long it will be before the item is available.
