Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of an order before dispatch, any payment made by card at the time the order was placed will be refunded to the same card. Any Claim for damage or shortage must be made within three days of receipt of goods; the matter will be investigated and any damaged or missing goods will be replaced or the cost refunded to your payment card.

In addition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an order, please return the goods to us within thirty days and we will replace, exchange or refund them at your request. Should you wish to return any goods for any reason other than that they are faulty, then the goods must be returned at your expense. The goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and must be re-packaged as they were received. Upon receipt of the returned goods, any refund due will be made to the card originally used to make the purchase. Delivery charges and return postage costs will only be refunded if the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an error was made on our part. We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalized, unless the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an error was made on our part.
