Our primary aim is your complete satisfaction and so the main condition that we place on your use of this website is that you are completely satisfied!

Access:

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Your access to the website may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or for the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction. In return, you must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

Cancellations and Returns:

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order up to seven days after they receive the goods. To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing by e-mail.

In addition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an order, please return the goods to us within thirty days and we will replace, exchange or refund them at your request.

You can arrange to return the goods yourself and we will then refund the total amount paid for the goods (not including the initial delivery charge). The goods must be returned in their original, unused condition and must be re-packaged as they were received.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the credit or debit card that was initially used to make the purchase. Delivery charges and return postage costs will only be paid if the goods are damaged or faulty, or if an error was made on our part. We will not refund any items that have been specially made to your individual specification or personalised.

Claims:

Any claim for damaged, faulty or short-delivered goods must be reported to us by e-mail within three days of receipt of the goods.

Contract:

When you press the ‘submit’ button, you are entering into a legally binding contract of sale with rushfield.com and you agree to all the Terms and Conditions as stated herein. Any changes that you want to make to your order after it has been submitted must be made in writing by e-mail. Once your order is ready for despatch, we will debit your credit or debit card with the value of the order and it is at this point that our contract with you commences. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Delivery:

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. Orders placed before 12.30 p.m. will normally be despatched that day. Orders placed after 12.30 p.m. may not be despatched until the next working day.

U.K. Deliveries:

U.K. customers should receive an order within five working days. If, for some reason, a U.K. delivery doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.

Parcels below 3 Kg in weight will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Parcels over 3 Kg in weight will usually be delivered by Parcelforce 24 next day service (Parcelforce 48 two-day service in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland or in Northern Ireland) or, occasionally, by Lynx Express next day service. Next day delivery means next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. If you request delivery on a particular date, we will do our best to meet your request. Delivery before noon, before 10 a.m., or on a Saturday is available at an extra charge. Deliveries by Parcelforce or Lynx will require a signature on delivery. If in doubt about the condition of a delivery, sign for the delivery as "unexamined". If the box is obviously damaged, sign for the delivery as "box damaged". If you are not in when the delivery arrives, parcels can only be left in porches, garages, with a neighbour, or in any other location if you give instructions at the time of ordering. If your order specifies that delivered goods are to be left without a signature, then rushfield.com cannot be held responsible for items that are subsequently found to be damaged or missing. If there is no-one in to receive the delivery and no alternative delivery instructions have been given, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery with the carrier, but this may incur an additional charge.

Delivery charges include insurance, packing and V.A.T. at 17.5%

Deliveries outside the UK:

Overseas delivery charges quoted on this website are only intended as a guide. We reserve the right to modify charges should they be significantly different from those quoted, although we will always inform you should this be necessary.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Licence:

Rushfield.com grants you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this website, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of rushfield.com. Payment:

Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for despatch. If, for any reason, your payment is not authorised by your card issuer, then we will be unable to accept your order. Cards issued by overseas banks will be debited in Sterling and converted into the currency of the card account by the card issuer. Exchange rates given on this website are for guidance only and the actual exchange rate used for the transaction will be determined by the card issuer.

Prices and Tax:

The prices shown include United Kingdom V.A.T at the current rate and these are the prices paid by customers in the U.K. and all other European Union countries.

Orders from customers in countries outside the European Union are not subject to V.A.T., and these customers will pay lower prices. However, orders from customers outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from us, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please be aware that deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout stage prior to payment being taken.

Product Availability:

Our web site is regularly updated. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that all items shown are in stock, we cannot guarantee availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. It may occasionally happen that an item is out of stock and, if this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimate of how long it will be before the item is available. You may then cancel the item, choose an alternative item, or wait for the item to be available and we will send it on to you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to despatch, for whatever reason. You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.

When an order is placed at our website, payment information is encrypted using 128 bit encryption. It is only decrypted after it reaches our computer. It is not held in clear text on any web site.
